WHAT IS THE PICASSO PROJECT?
It is a series of events designed to recognize excellence in the artwork of South Carolina students while raising funds to support the work of the Children’s Trust Fund of South Carolina.
WHY IS THE PICASSO PROJECT IMPORTANT AND WHO PARTICIPATES?
The Picasso Project serves three purposes; it highlights the artistic talents of South Carolina students (6th-12th); it instills philanthropic values and community involvement in children (Kids Helping Kids); and it raises funds which will enable The Children’s Trust of South Carolina to execute our mission to eliminate child abuse and neglect and to promote strong families and safe children. The mission of the Children’s Trust of South Carolina is to prevent child abuse and neglect by promoting health, nurturing relationships between children and adults.
