  • Check-Off for the Prevention of Child Abuse & Neglect – Make a donation on your South Carolina Income Tax Form. Your donation will help to strengthen children and families throughout the state.

It is easy to do and only takes a few steps:

1. Download the I-330 Tax Form from the S.C. Department of Revenue Web site; click here for a direct link to download the form.

2. Enter the amount of your donation on Line 2 of S.C. Tax Form I-330.

3. Then, enter the same amount on Line 13 of S.C. Form 1040A (Line 28 of S.C. Form 1040).

4. Attach Form I-330 to your tax filing

  • Send a tax-deductible contribution to the Children’s Trust of South Carolina
  • Ask your employer to match your donation
  • Contact your attorney and make a planned gift or bequest
  • Sponsor a Project or Event
  • Donate in-kind services or products
