Partner Engagement Coordinator

The partner engagement coordinator (PEC) is a full-time position of Children’s Trust of South Carolina funded through a federal Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP) program -Title II. This position will assist with planning, coordination and administration of convening a state-wide network of family resource centers. The PEC will provide direct support to the South Carolina Family Support Network and engage with family-serving organizations to strengthen collaboration, expand network partnerships, and foster opportunities that grow and sustain the network.
Additionally, this position will support the implementation of the Standards of Quality (Standards) framework that trains to improve the skills and knowledge of child-serving professionals, community partners and educators throughout South Carolina and address issues relative to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
Qualifications
- Have a bachelor’s degree in social work, early childhood education, public health, mental health or other related fields and a minimum of three years related experience in program development working with families and children in the fields of prevention, family support or home visiting; related master’s degree preferred.
- Spanish speaking fluency is a plus.
- Embody vast knowledge of evidence-based, primary care programming and early childhood system development.

Grants Development Coordinator

The Grants Development Coordinator will research funding opportunities and coordinate the preparation of new and continuing funding applications. Applications may be federal, state, and private and corporate foundations.
This position will provide leadership and oversight to ensure the seamless, integrated coordination among departments at Children’s Trust for the life cycle of assigned grants through project completion and will work in tandem with key program, operations, finance, and development staff. While several individuals and departments within the Children’s Trust are involved in a variety of activities associated with each grant, the Grants Development Coordinator provides coordination and planning for the submission and reporting on assigned grants. The grants development coordinator will also write portions of and/or full grants as assigned.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, policy, social work, public health, or other related fields with three (3) years of experience in grants development and coordination.
